Calliope Undergoes Surgery for Hip Dislocation
Calliope was brought to Petlink 10th Avenue, Caloocan after her left hip joint became dislocated due to recent activity. After proper evaluation, a Femoral Head and Neck Ostectomy was performed to relieve pain and help restore mobility.
She was confined from January 24 to February 3 for close monitoring, pain management, and post operative recovery.
Hip dislocations are very painful and require immediate veterinary care. If your pet shows limping, difficulty standing, or sudden pain after activity, do not delay consultation. Early intervention makes a big difference.
We would like to thank Calliope’s furparents for their trust and for ensuring she received the treatment she needed. Your quick action helped give her the best chance at recovery. 💙
